MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Media Manager is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of client accounts. He/she will own the client relationship and will be responsible for end-to-end management of the client's social presence.
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel
  • Meeting / discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team
  • Working with the team to conceptualise a socialcampaign that meets the client's brief
  • Managing clients socialmedia pages (posting content, responding to queries, supervising advertising efforts and reporting metrics)
  • Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client

  • An expert storyteller with superior presentation skills to effectively present and sell ideas to clients
  • Able to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insights into smart digitalsolutions

  • Generate new leads and direct clients within mobile and digital technologies across US, UK and Australia Geography.
  • Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
  • Engage with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts of mid-size and large companies, Must be interested in cold calling, pitching to right person in the US (CXOs), fixing appointments for corporate presentations.
